Hi,
I wish to transfer my local hosting account to go daddy. I am not aware about it how to do this. What all info I might be needed for all these and how to execute this? Do I need to transfer my domain too ? Please help

No. You must point domain to ns-servers of the godaddy.
When somebody want to access your website, they are sent to godaddy hosting servers.
